AI-HUB@LMU is seeking an AI Engineer responsible for developing and implementing practical artificial intelligence solutions to support business operations and enhance products or services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, building and integrating AI models, and optimizing performance through testing and iteration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI or machine learning solutions
Prepare, clean, and process data for model use
Build, test, and improve models or AI-based features
Integrate AI solutions into applications or workflows
Monitor model performance and optimize results
Collaborate with teams to define AI use cases
Support automation and intelligent system development
Document workflows, models, and technical processes
Troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability
Stay updated on AI tools, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or similar
Understanding of data handling and model workflows
Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work with structured or unstructured data
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and follow technical guidance
Familiarity with AI tools, libraries, or APIs is a plus
Educational background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
