Responsibility for new and existing customers in the crafts industry — from small businesses to medium-sized enterprises
Focus: maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Advising craft businesses on ERP (KWP), software and IT solutions across a broad product portfolio
Identifying and leveraging up
and cross-selling opportunities
Acting as a loyal and competent advisor to customers

Completed training as an IT Systems Management Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management) or equivalent
Several years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions
Strong business administration knowledge
Business-fluent German skills
Independent working style, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel for day trips (approx. within a 100 km radius, about 3 days per week)
