Create high-converting video creatives and static ad creatives, depending on what performs best that week;
Generate and test new creative ideas, unusual angles, visuals, hooks, and combinations together with the team;
Design fast and iterate even faster, always backing decisions with research and performance data;
Maintain high creative standards while ensuring compliance with Meta best practices;
Experiment with new formats, trends, and creative approaches to improve performance;
Integrate and explore AI tools to speed up creative production and improve results.

Proven experience creating performance-based video ads and/or static ad creatives;
Strong skills in video editing, motion design, or graphic design;
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar;
Deep understanding of what makes ads convert

Willingness to pitch, test, and iterate your own creative ideas and angles;
Experience or strong interest in AI tools is a big advantage (curiosity and fast learning are equally important);
Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
