Review and vet CVs for Software Engineering roles, filtering for technical quality
Conduct initial technical screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline (sourcing → offer)
Coordinate interview stages (e.g. culture, technical) and ensure stakeholder availability
Act as the central point of coordination across hiring managers and interviewers
Maintain clean, accurate candidate data and pipeline hygiene
Drive process efficiency and ensure candidates progress smoothly through stages
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. CTO, Engineering Managers, Recruiters & Talent Manager) on hiring decisions

Strong experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g. Software Engineers)
Sufficient technical knowledge to confidently screen and reject candidates early
Background as a Technical Recruiter, Engineering Manager, or Tech Lead is highly desirable
Proven ability to manage and optimise hiring pipelines end-to-end
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable “owning the process”
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
