MobexHealth is redefining how healthcare is delivered to underserved populations across the United States. They are seeking a U.S.-based remote Product Manager with strong Medicaid market knowledge to define and drive product strategy across configurable healthcare platforms, focusing on Medicaid populations and programs.

Responsibilities:

Define and drive product strategy across configurable healthcare platforms with a focus on Medicaid populations and programs
Architect and evolve our modular software engine to support: Medicaid programs (managed care, LTSS/HCBS, behavioral health), MCO and state-driven initiatives, Diverse, underserved populations
Translate complex Medicaid requirements (benefits, access, compliance, engagement) into scalable, reusable product components
Lead innovation across: Digital health access (mobile, kiosk, home-based platforms), SDOH and community-based care models, Care coordination, engagement, and navigation tools
Build with a platform-first mindset: configurable modules, not one-off solutions
Partner directly with executive leadership, engineering, clinical, and client teams
Support client conversations, demos, and solutioning with a strong understanding of health plan priorities and state program needs

Requirements:

5-7 Years experience in product management within U.S. healthcare, with a focus on Medicaid
Demonstrated understanding of Medicaid programs, MCOs, and state-driven initiatives
Experience building or contributing to platform-based or configurable products
Ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
Experience working in a remote environment
Experience using app prototype and building AI platforms such as Claude, Lovable, etc
Ability to travel as needed (up to ~15%)
