Role Overview

You support the team in the end-to-end transaction execution within the renewable energy sector, including project assessment and transaction preparation
Preparation of various financial/cash-flow models
Drafting contractual documents (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
Operational implementation of transactions
You contribute to the preparation and further development of investor reporting
You assist with investor sourcing and investor outreach

Requirements

You are studying Economics or Finance & Accounting
You are enthusiastic about Excel, Word and PowerPoint
You are interested in the renewable energy industry/investments and may already have gained initial experience in one of these areas
You are a team player and enjoy direct collaboration
