Act at the intersection of Operations, Credit Risk, Loan Servicing, Finance, and Product, driving portfolio performance and recovery outcomes.

Strong experience in collections and recovery within consumer lending, fintech, or financial services.
Proven track record of managing multi-market operations and scaling operational functions.
Deep understanding of delinquency dynamics, recovery drivers, and treatment strategies across the lifecycle.
Experience working in centralised or hub-and-spoke operating models.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Solid understanding of credit risk, portfolio performance, and financial impact of recovery outcomes.
Experience managing external partners such as debt collection agencies and legal providers.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organisation.
