As a Recruiting and Office Coordinator, you will support the company’s recruiting efforts and day-to-day office functions. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, coordinating the hiring process, onboarding new employees, and assisting with internal initiatives that contribute to a positive and productive workplace.

Responsibilities:

Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open positions
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
Help maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers
Assist with office coordination, including managing day-to-day office needs and organization
Support internal initiatives, culture events, and employee engagement efforts
Attend career fairs and other recruiting-related events as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to support hiring needs across multiple offices
Follow the highest ethical and confidentiality standards

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office skills and related computer knowledge
