Essential Functions:

Perform perimeter sweep at beginning & end of shift
Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
Ensure that every area is both clean and maintained throughout shift
Assist servers by refilling beverages, bussing, and resetting tables
Assist in running food
Inform management immediately of dissatisfied guests
Maintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all times
Completes all side-work as directed.

Qualifications:

Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to be organized in a changing environment
Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor during periods of uncertainty or crisis

Physical Requirements:

Stands during entire shift
Reaches, bends, stoops, lifts, shakes, pours, carries, and pushes
Lifts and carries tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 25 lbs. up to 20 times per shift
Frequent exposure to high temperatures, humidity and cold
