Support operational and administrative projects across multiple business functions.
Coordinate project activities, schedules, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Assist with planning and execution of internal meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and community initiatives.
Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare summaries, presentations, and reports for department leaders.
Provide project support to departments including Community Engagement, Business Operations, Safety, and other corporate functions as assigned.
Assist with process documentation and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives.
Complete assigned projects while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with sensitive information.
Ability to travel occasionally.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with event setup or materials when necessary.
Ability to work in both office and remote environments and perform computer-based work for extended periods.
