Role Overview

Manage accounts and relationships with partners and clients, ensuring strategic and operational alignment;
Structure processes, procedures, and formalizations for new projects, including private label;
Manage product development projects from conception through launch;
Define and structure processes for price increases, considering timing, rules, and the information base for decision-making;
Participate in pricing of new products, ensuring competitiveness and strategic alignment;
Lead the operational rollout of new products, including management of inputs/supplies and coordination with internal teams;
Monitor the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring deadlines and execution quality;
Work closely with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure continuous product innovation.

Requirements

Previous experience in product development, preferably in perfumery, cosmetics, or consumer goods;
Knowledge of project management and pricing processes;
Negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers;
Analytical, organized, and strategic mindset;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
