Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training
Curious and structured problem solver
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyse information and translate it into insight and recommendations
Demonstrated interest in AI
Evidence of self-directed learning
courses, certifications or side projects
Evidence of having independently built or improved a process
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot (preferable)
Previous experience in customer service, sales or account management (preferable)
Previous experience of start-up businesses (preferable)
Interest in current affairs and/or public policy (preferable)
