Role Overview

Identify, acquire and onboard new manufacturing and PCB assembly partners
Request and evaluate quotes and assign orders strategically
Work closely with partners to ensure quality and performance
Collect feedback and drive joint process improvements
Analyze complaints and exceptions and derive concrete corrective measures

Requirements

Basic understanding of electronics / PCB assembly / EMS
Analytical thinking and a structured working style
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
Strong communication skills, empathy and a confident presence
Good German and English skills (business fluent in spoken and written communication)
Initial experience in operations, supply chain or partner management is a plus
