Role Overview

Support solution design, pre‑sales activities (RFPs, demos, PoCs), and client workshops
Collaborate with engineering, cloud, DevOps, and product teams
Present and demonstrate Ithina’s solutions to customers
Travel to client sites for pilots, labs, and troubleshooting
Continuously learn through mentorship and real‑world delivery

Requirements

1–3 years in a technical or pre‑sales role
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
Experience with SQL and .NET
Exposure to cloud platforms, web apps/APIs, and databases
Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have: Cloud‑native or microservices experience; Docker, Kubernetes, or Agile exposure; Entry‑level cloud certifications
