You actively contribute to the conception, production and post-production of our audio and video formats.
As part of our Media team, you are responsible for the technical execution of podcasts and short videos and support DIGITALWERK brand events.
You edit audio (mixdown, mastering) and video (editing, audio mixing, color grading) at a professional level.
You support our partner events on site and produce high-quality content for our social media channels.
You independently identify relevant content and highlights and adapt them appropriately for the target audience.

You are a registered student in Media Technology, Media Production, Media Communication or a comparable field.
You have already gained practical experience in audio and video production.
You have a good understanding of camera operation, lighting design, sound design and post-production.
You are confident using the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop).
Cloud-based workflows (e.g., Google Drive, email, Calendar) are second nature to you.
You have high standards for image, sound and storytelling — and are dedicated to continuous improvement.
You are curious, organized and team-oriented, while also self-directed and flexible.
You believe in the power of podcasts and video and want to actively change a rather conservative industry.
You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C2 level), as you will evaluate content editorially, identify highlights and process them independently.
