Plan and execute marketing strategies, integrating campaigns across multiple channels;
Monitor, optimize and coordinate paid media campaigns with agencies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.);
Manage content and social media presence in alignment with brand positioning;
Develop and monitor SEO initiatives, content and lead acquisition funnels;
Create performance reports and dashboards (KPIs, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROI);
Conduct market research and competitive monitoring;
Collaborate with commercial, sales and design teams to ensure alignment of activities;
Plan, develop and coordinate content and creative assets for digital campaigns and owned channels (social media, ads, landing pages and emails)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital analytics/metrics.
Prior experience in digital marketing.
Experience in the real estate sector, land development or property development.
Ability to manage projects, deadlines and multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, organized, creative and results-oriented profile.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferred).
Basic knowledge of photography, video or briefing for graphic materials.
Knowledge of inbound marketing, SEO and sales funnels.
