In cooperation with our planning team, overall coordination, management and oversight of construction projects from the concept phase through completion
Management of projects across different asset classes of varying sizes and complexity
Independently assume partial project management responsibilities
Coordination of project participants and external service providers
Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards
Communication with clients, authorities and other stakeholders
Risk and conflict management
Cost and schedule planning and control
Construction management, including change order/claims management

Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge and several years' professional experience in construction project management, project leadership and site supervision roles
Strong communication and leadership skills
Independent and structured working style combined with entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to work in a team
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and project management software
