Own Atrium’s QA automation strategy and execution.
Design and implement robust testing frameworks.
Introduce AI-driven testing practices.
Drive the transition from manual QA to a highly automated, intelligent testing ecosystem.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7–10+ years of QA experience, with deep expertise in automation.
Proven track record of building and scaling QA automation frameworks.
Strong programming skills (JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar).
Hands-on experience with modern automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
Strong experience with API testing and automation.
Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
Solid understanding of databases and data validation (MySQL, Snowflake is a plus).
Strong system thinking and ability to design scalable testing architectures.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
