B.A./B.S. and 5+ years of IT admin experience.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
2+ years of Active Directory and Exchange administration
2+ years of experience in ITSM ticketing systems such as ConnectWise
At least two years' experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Strong organizational and time management skills
ITIL certification helpful
Strong customer service skills
