lead the transition of our CRM strategy to an internal-led model
own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Core
design scalable integration patterns (API-led and event-driven)
lead hands-on development for complex components using Apex and LWC
architect robust integrations with external systems (ERP, POS, Data Platforms)
establish and manage DevOps processes, including versioning and automated deployment pipelines
partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps
provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team.

7-10 years of Salesforce experience
experience in Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL
proven track record in designing enterprise-level, scalable Salesforce solutions and security models
strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and OAuth 2.0
knowledge of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines
certifications: Platform Developer II; Application/System Architect highly preferred
systems and business analysis skills, including delivery of high-quality technical specifications and process documentation
consulting skills, including stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work
excellent written and oral communication skills.
