Identify, target, and win new business within the adhesives and sealants market
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
Build a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
Manage and grow existing key accounts while expanding product penetration
Strengthen long-term customer relationships and uncover cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with customers on formulation challenges and performance improvements
Recommend additive solutions (e.g., antioxidants, UV stabilizers, photoinitiators, etc.)
Partner with internal technical and product teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in adhesives
Provide insights to support product development and strategic direction

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (preferred)
5–15+ years of experience in adhesives, polymers, or specialty chemicals
Proven success in new business development
Strong understanding of adhesive formulations and additive technologies
Ability to travel 50–60% within US and Canada
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
