CXO CLUB is a technology organization looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join their team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and building relationships to help companies grow by hiring the right people.

Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Post job openings on job boards and social platforms
Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related internships/projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS systems) is a plus
Basic understanding of hiring processes and HR practices
Fluent in English
Based in the United States with full working rights
