10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within financial services (wealth management, private banking, fintech, asset management)
Proven experience marketing to HNWI/UHNWI audiences
Strong track record in building premium brands and driving client acquisition
Experience in complex, low-awareness or long sales cycle products
Exposure to global or multi-market campaigns
Strong background in partnerships, PR, and high-level events
Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English required
