Catch Creation is a global eCommerce company that specializes in building and managing online brands. They are seeking an elite-level UI/UX Graphic Designer who will focus on creating user-centric designs and collaborate closely with a team of Ukrainian developers to enhance productivity and streamline design processes.

Responsibilities:

Design high-converting web pages, landing pages, and digital assets
Translate product and business needs into user-centric designs
Work in Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
Apply best practices in UI/UX, especially for ecommerce
Collaborate with Ukrainian developers for seamless implementation

Requirements:

At least 3+ years experience in UI/UX design (web/app)
Proven track record with ecommerce design
Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, and CRO
Can work independently and quickly, without constant direction
Portfolio that demonstrates modern, conversion-focused UX
Have worked with other Ukrainian dev teams
Understand Shopify or other ecommerce CMS platforms
Can deliver on tight deadlines with precision
