This role involves owning the execution of demand generation strategies, optimizing paid channels, and enhancing lead volume for upper mid-market ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities:

Assist with designing and iterating on high-converting ad creative
Daily management and scaling of LinkedIn, Meta, and Mailchimp campaigns
Own audience segmentation and retargeting logic across platforms like The Trade Desk and AdCellerant
Use GA4 and AI tools to scrutinize campaign health, ensuring we pivot resources toward the highest-outcome strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
You have a 'creative eye' for what works
You can analyze creative performance data and are able to pivot to improve CTR and CVR
You understand the mechanics of moving a prospect from 'click' to 'sales-ready lead.'
Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
