Configure, administer, maintain, and support Palo Alto firewalls
Create, modify, and optimize firewall rules, NAT policies, and security policies
Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site and remote access VPNs
Monitor firewall performance, traffic flows, and network connectivity
Troubleshoot firewall, routing, and network communication issues
Support network segmentation and access control initiatives
Review and maintain firewall configurations and rule documentation
Perform firewall policy reviews and cleanup activities
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain secure network operations
Support scheduled maintenance activities and occasional after-hours changes as needed

7+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise firewall and network security environments
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Strong experience administering Palo Alto firewalls required
Experience creating and managing firewall rules, NAT configurations, and VPN connectivity
Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network security principles
Experience troubleshooting enterprise network and firewall issues
Familiarity with Cisco firewall technologies preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a part-time support capacity
