Maintain accurate financial records for personal accounts
Record transactions and reconcile bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks
Help with personal budgeting, run personal errands
Track expenses, budgets, and cash flow
Organize and maintain records for tax preparation and coordinate with CPAs 1095 and government filings
Pay authorized personal and business bills
Identify discrepancies and report issues promptly
Digital and physical filing
Assist with Marketplace and eBay sales and listings
Always maintain confidentiality and audit-ready records

Proven bookkeeping experience
Experience with QuickBooks is a must
Experience with software platforms such as OnePass, Monday.com, Excel, and all of the Microsoft suite is a big plus
Bonded (or willing and able to obtain bonding)
Texas notary a plus
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and be independently motivated
