Role Overview

Serve the investment advisory needs of clients in our direct-to-consumer business
Build relationships with D2C clients directly and provide product feedback
Train and coach advisors leveraging our platform through the B2B business
Manage a client book of business and deploy proactive relationship-building strategies
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams by providing ongoing feedback

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial advisor capacity
Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required
Experience working in an RIA model is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience supporting advisors in roles involving learning and development or strategic initiatives is a plus
