The role involves providing strategic insights and guidance on B2B sales processes, client engagement, and communication standards to elevate the company's sales capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Share enterprise sales experience, strategic frameworks, and best practices with the team
Provide guidance on navigating long-cycle B2B sales processes and deal structures
Support the development of communication and negotiation approaches for enterprise contexts
Advise on enterprise client relationship management and account strategy
Share insights on high-level business interactions and executive engagement standards
Support continuous improvement of strategic communication across the organization

Requirements:

15+ years of enterprise or B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or AI-adjacent sectors
Demonstrated track record of managing and closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
Strong executive communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation
Excellent command of English with high confidence in cross-cultural business settings
Ability to translate deep experience into structured, teachable frameworks
Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to business development
Exposure to international markets, particularly the USA, UK, or Asian enterprise landscapes
Experience with business travel and multi-geography client management
Prior advisory, mentorship, or consulting engagements are a plus
Comfortable in flexible, remote-first, async-friendly working arrangements
