Responsible for delivering high-quality information technology support to HRHA member health services
Minimum four days per week onsite presence, with one day allocated to remote support
Contributes to the effective delivery of IT services in accordance with the HRHA Service Catalogue
Supports implementation, maintenance and configuration of workstations and communication systems
Provides responsive end-user support, managing incidents and service requests
Ensures member IT environments are effectively maintained, supported and enhanced
Contributes to coordination of project-related activities and collaborates with internal teams and vendors
Participation in an on-call roster and after-hours work is required
