Coordinate, manage and maintain our complex IT infrastructure across the entire association area
Support the server and network environment for various facilities and satellite offices
Ensure availability and performance of IT systems
Monitor the system landscape and ongoing processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with the respective teams
Perform updates and upgrades
Assist in planning and implementing IT projects
Support and administer specific business applications such as Docuframe
Provide local user support for setting up and operating end devices
Exchange and provide support on IT security issues and their implementation
