Role Overview

Respond to inbound inquiries from homeowners
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and re-engage prospects
Qualify potential customers based on project needs
Schedule in-home appointments for outside sales representatives
Accurately input and manage customer information in CRM
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Provide a professional and positive customer experience on every call

Requirements

Previous experience in inside sales, a call center, or appointment setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus
