Provide operational and functional leadership for the Billing & Invoicing team
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Support month-end closes and account reconciliations
Implement measures in the area of Revenue Assurance
Analyze and optimize existing billing processes and systems
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, Operations and IT
Support audits and cross-functional projects
Develop and coach team members

Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics
Several years of professional experience in billing, accounting, finance operations or comparable areas
Initial experience in leading or providing functional direction to staff is an advantage
Very strong Excel skills and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)
Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
Hands-on mentality and a high degree of initiative
Very good German and English skills
