Role Overview

Installation and configuration of client and server systems
Processing change requests and incident reports from our customers
Analysis and resolution of hardware and software error messages
Point of contact for IT-related topics to ensure the continuity of day-to-day operations
Support in planning, expanding, and optimizing IT infrastructure and IT processes

Requirements

Several years of professional experience preferred but not required
Good communication skills
Experience administering Microsoft products
Knowledge of network infrastructure such as WLAN, VLAN, routers, firewalls, and printers
Knowledge of backup strategies — desirable
Experience with Windows client management
Pragmatic and analytical mindset and confident handling of PC hardware support
Linux server knowledge would be an advantage (not mandatory)
