Wandrian is an industry pioneer in international rail travel and a leading specialist in Italy travel, seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to optimize the customer journey. The role involves leading growth strategies, managing team members, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance traveler experiences.

Responsibilities:

Own the growth strategy to drive acquisition, usage, retention, and referral performance
Oversee and analyze high-impact growth experiments
Owning the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, affiliates, and emerging channels
Using customer and behavioral data to uncover growth opportunities
Collaborating cross-functionally to improve the full traveler journey
Managing 4-6 team members, including agencies and external partners
Creating new processes to drive short form and long form content creation
Finding new content creators and affiliates
Helping build scalable marketing systems and workflows

Requirements:

7 to 10 years in growth or product marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta + Google Ads (Tik Tok experience a plus)
A sharp analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving
Someone who moves quickly, tests intelligently, and learns constantly
A bias toward action and comfort making decisions in fast-moving environments
Curiosity around emerging technologies, platforms, and marketing trends
Experience helping travel, e-commerce or consumer brands scale through meaningful growth stages is required
