SocialPilot is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping SMBs and agencies manage their social media effortlessly. They are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of their Online Reputation & Listings Management product line, focusing on customer solutions and product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and user research to guide product strategy
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, user-centric product experiences
Partner with engineering to translate product ideas into seamless, high-performing capabilities
Work with marketing to strategize and execute go-to-market and feature adoption plans
Author clear, detailed product briefs and specs that align with business and user goals
Define success metrics, run experiments, and use analytics to iterate and improve
Contribute to product discovery and execution for our Online Reputation & Listings Management platform
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve customer outcomes through thoughtful use of AI and automation

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in product management at a SaaS company
Proven success in building and scaling at least one product or multiple impactful features
Experience conducting user interviews and turning insights into actionable plans
Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles, experience with Figma is a big plus
Excellent communication and spec-writing skills, you clearly define the what, why, and how
Technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams
Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative, and data-driven environment
Experience with 0→1 product journeys
Familiarity with social media or marketing technology products
Experience with reviews, customer feedback, listings, or reputation management products
Exposure to AI-assisted SaaS workflows or automation features
