The SDR/BDR professional will be responsible for directly driving the company's demand generation by conducting active prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating commercial opportunities.
This PJ (contractor) position plays a strategic role in CRM7's commercial growth and offers strong potential for professional development within consultative sales, business, and digital transformation areas.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong commercial writing skills.
Analytical and organized profile.
Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive and results-oriented profile.
Comfortable working with targets.
Experience in B2B sales.
Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in pre-sales.
Experience with outbound prospecting.
Desirable experience in SaaS technology companies or startups; familiarity with RD Station, Pipefy, Pipedrive, Meetime, Exact Sales, or TOTVS is a plus.
