Role Overview

Provide responsive Tier I and Tier II technical support across hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices
Serve as the primary administrator for SharePoint Online, managing sites, content, permissions, and workflows
Assist with Microsoft 365 and related systems administration
Provide end-user training for SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Track issues, resolutions, and improvements in our internal systems

Requirements

A current Microsoft SharePoint Certification is required.
Strong customer service orientation
Troubleshooting abilities
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is highly preferred.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software
Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Networking protocols knowledge
