Possess strong frontend orientation including templating, style and interactive scripting skills

Estimating, prioritizing, planning and executing work within a Jira workflow
Identify, record, and document bugs

Be aware of modern Rails patterns (and more importantly anti-patterns) when performing periodic audits
Proactively seek technical self-development and bring extractions back to the team

Proven work experience in software development demonstrating solid software design patterns and eloquent code.
Ruby on Rails development expertise.
Competency in additional languages, including JavaScript.
Experience writing automated specs (RSpec BDD experience).
Ability to provide examples demonstrating your application of Computer Science foundations.
Strong ability to collaborate and work directly with business stakeholders.
A positive attitude, growth mindset, and excellent communication skills.
