Attend to inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery surcharges, and lead time
Work with Sales to understand and execute pricing and supply and payment for each account
Manage the order-to-delivery process to ensure smooth delivery, including coordination with customers, Sales, the global supply team, as well as delivery agents
Fulfill delivery requirements for orders, coping with changes in delivery requirements and provide professional advice in relation to local geographical conditions and supply limitations
Order follow-up activities, including submission of delivery notes for invoicing, chase and monitor outstanding payment
Maintain continuous and positive rapport with customers, monitor account performance and any changes in assigned accounts

Excellent interaction capabilities and a proactive communicator
Diploma level and above
Proactive and takes initiative to solve issues and deliver results
Good customer service
Willing to work in the maritime industry, supply chain or shipping with a sense of urgency, Good time management
Experience in the marine industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
Strong in Excel and other MS office applications
Self-motivated, confident, able to work independently, and effective in communication
