Experience leading engineering teams
Strong technical judgement and ability to navigate architecture, platform and operational decisions
Experience with payment processors, banking integrations, reconciliation systems or money movement infrastructure
Experience with high-availability, mission-critical systems
Experience working closely with risk, compliance, fraud or operational teams
Experience managing complex third-party integrations, vendors or platform partnerships
Experience helping scale engineering organizations through periods of significant growth
