ZipClips is a mobile app focused on private, controlled sharing of voice-enhanced photos and videos. They are seeking a part-time Technical Product Manager to manage product feedback, testing, QA, and technical oversight, ensuring product improvements are implemented effectively and securely.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage tester feedback, bug reports, and feature requests
Help prioritize fixes, enhancements, and future product improvements
Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure features meet user needs
Test new features and updates before release to identify bugs and usability issues
Identify edge cases, user experience concerns, and opportunities for product improvement
Assist with app security, backup processes, data protection, and overall platform reliability
Support third-party tools, integrations, subscriptions, and operational systems as needed
Document product updates, testing results, issues, and next steps to keep projects organized and moving forward

Requirements:

Experience with product management, technical project management, QA, or product operations
Experience with mobile apps
Able to demonstrate SaaS knowledge
Comfortable working with developers and technical tools
Strong testing and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize feedback and turn it into clear action items
Able to work in a startup environment
Basic understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, backups, and security
Comfortable working independently in a part-time role
Experience with AI-assisted development tools
Experience with cloud platforms or app infrastructure
Experience with consumer apps, social platforms, or community-based products
UX/UI eye for making sure features are clean and easy to use
Experience with the Google platform for updating and communication
