Support installation technicians on commercial job sites across NYC, Long Island, NJ and at times remote projects
Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and staging equipment and materials
Use basic hand and power tools under supervision
Follow direction from lead installers and supervisors to complete installation tasks safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Assist with setup, positioning, and securing of equipment during installation
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Work collaboratively as part of a field installation team
Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic on all assigned jobs
Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and working in varying weather conditions (50+ lbs capacity required)
