Role Overview

Organize the content calendar and delivery schedule;
Schedule and publish content on social media;
Support the creation and organization of content agendas/topics;
Follow up on materials, approvals, and internal feedback;
Assist in preparing briefings;
Liaise with and coordinate suppliers/vendors;
Organize references and supporting materials;
Update spreadsheets and internal controls;
Support recordings, events, and content capture activities;
Provide support for internal marketing requests;
Perform basic photo and video edits for social media;
Support the organization of campaigns and marketing initiatives;
Assist in managing multiple simultaneous tasks, ensuring organization and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Experience with Canva and CapCut;
Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok;
Knowledge of organizational tools such as Notion, Trello, or ClickUp;
Experience with content creation routines/workflows;
Basic video and image editing skills;
Good writing and communication skills;
Comfortable with digital tools and technology.
