Role Overview

Provide strategic and operational leadership for multiple company-owned locations
Ensure operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and outstanding client service
Lead and mentor local management teams to achieve performance and service excellence
Conduct regular SWOT analyses to anticipate business challenges and drive solutions
Drive revenue growth and profitability across all assigned locations

Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site or regional management, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or a related service industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven record of achieving business growth and operational excellence
Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or risk management preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and develop high-performing teams
