Collect and organize credit card receipts and supporting documentation from employees and departments
Review and process expense allocations to the appropriate departments, programs, or accounts
Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed
Enter vendor bills and expenses into QuickBooks accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with preparing, verifying, and issuing customer invoices
Maintain accurate and organized digital financial records and documentation
Support the Finance team with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks
Ensure all financial information is processed in accordance with company procedures and deadlines
Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion
Assist with special financial projects, audits, and departmental initiatives as needed
Perform additional duties based on business needs

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar accounting support role
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Reliable computer equipment with microphone and video capabilities
Quiet and professional remote work environment with minimal interruptions

Competitive compensation based on experience: $14,400 – $18,000 per year, depending on experience
