Role Overview

Handling inbound and outbound comms.
Onboarding new children (and grown-ups) in to our Game Dev clubs.
Helping children get on to the platform, with common pre-session tech issues.
Assisting in the running of the online platform, including replying to messages from children.
Running live online clubs when needed.

Requirements

Super friendly
Reliable and professional.
Infectious enthusiasm.
Great communication skills.
Passionate about technology.
Loves working with children and helping them learn new skills.
Strong IT literacy.
Confident around children.
Previous Customer Service experience (nice to have).
Experience with CRM software (nice to have).
