Base360.ai is the AI operating system for B2C brands, and they are seeking a world-class UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and high-converting product and marketing experiences. The role involves designing features, creating marketing assets, and maintaining a design system while collaborating with the CEO, product managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities:

Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs in Figma
Build conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and campaigns
Ensure a consistent visual language across all product modules and touchpoints
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
Maintain and expand our design system and component library

Requirements:

Experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Ability to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
Experience in creating marketing assets including landing pages and product pages
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
Ability to collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Experience in maintaining and expanding design systems and component libraries
Strong communication skills to work directly with the CEO, product managers, and engineers
