Golfballs.com is the World Leader in Golf Customization, specializing in personalized golf products. They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop software that supports customer interactions and internal operations, collaborating with various teams to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain modern full-stack web applications
Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js
Develop scalable backend APIs and services using Node.js
Design software solutions that are secure, performant, maintainable, and scalable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute ideas that improve our technology platform
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code following engineering best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation that supports long-term maintainability
Participate in sprint planning, provide development estimates, and accurately track work
Continuously improve development processes, coding standards, and system performance

Requirements:

2+ years of professional experience developing full-stack web applications
Experience building modern web applications using React and/or Next.js
Experience developing backend services using Node.js
Strong JavaScript skills (TypeScript experience is a plus)
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Experience using Git in a collaborative development environment
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to independently identify problems, recommend solutions, and drive work to completion
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with AWS cloud services
Experience with DynamoDB, NoSQL databases, or Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Familiarity with Docker or containerized development environments
Experience working within Agile or Scrum teams
Experience supporting or building e-commerce applications
Experience with Shopify apps and ecosystems
