About the Role

Play your part in delivering one of WA’s largest infrastructure projects. As a Document Controller, you'll be responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring information is distributed, tracked and maintained in line with project requirements.

Working closely with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and stakeholders, you'll help keep the project running efficiently by ensuring everyone has access to the latest and most accurate information.

Key Responsibilities

Managing incoming and outgoing project documentation
Maintaining document control registers and project records
Distributing drawings, specifications and project documents
Supporting project teams to ensure document compliance and consistency
Monitoring document reviews and approvals
Assisting with quality documentation and project reporting
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Supporting project handover and close-out activities

Your Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a Document Controller or similar administration role
Experience working within construction, engineering or infrastructure projects
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience using Aconex, TeamBinder or similar document management systems is highly regarded
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
